This notice explains what Software Leadgen does with the information you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and anything else you choose to give us: your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep the message and your address.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your Reachable Buyer Map, answering a question, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it or trade it. The only people who see it are the people at Software Leadgen handling your request, and the services that host this site and store our correspondence on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The typefaces load from a font service, which receives the technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to carolyn.richardson@softwareleadgen.co or use the contact form. If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
